Do I need any experience?
Nope. Zero. Nada.
Whether you're brand new or a seasoned sweat queen, you're covered. We build from the ground up. Form first, fire second.
What equipment do I need?
The essentials:
A mat
Light to medium dumbbells
Resistance band/loop
No fancy studio setup required. Your living room is now your workout sanctuary.
How long are the workouts?
Most sessions are 30–50 minutes. Enough time to get sweaty, feel powerful, and still conquer your day.
Will this make me stronger?
YES — mentally, physically, emotionally, and probably spiritually too.
Expect stronger core + glutes, better posture, improved mobility, and that “wow I’m really doing this” confidence.
How often should I do these?
Aim for 3–5 times per week depending on your season of life.
Busy week? Do what you can.
Showing up matters more than perfection.
Postpartum friendly?
Absolutely! With modifications and support. Just make sure you’re cleared and always listen to your beautiful body.
Core + pelvic strength is a superpower, not a race.
Injury or limitations?
Modify, slow down, skip what doesn’t feel good. You’re the boss of your body.
And always check with a provider if needed, we love proactive queens.
Do you give modifications?
Yes! Options are ALWAYS on the menu.
We don’t gatekeep good movement.
Can I mix these with other workouts?
A hundred percent. Reform plays nice with walking, lifting, running, hiking, pilates, and whatever else makes you feel alive.
When will I feel results?
Many babes feel stronger and more connected within 2–4 weeks.
