Challenges
Every challenge I host is a 6 week challenge focused towards building healthy habits and creating a healthy relationship with yourself. We follow a daily non-negotiable checklist ensuring we have our breakfast within 30 minutes of waking, 30 minutes of cardio, 3 lifting sessions a week, no sugar or alcohol, and 80% Whole Food intake. Having this structure in place helps us practice consistency while striving to reach our fitness goals. This challenge offers prizes to 3 winners.
