Client Policies & Studio Guidelines

To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review and agree to the policies below.

Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance.

  • Sessions canceled within 12 hours or marked as a no-show are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

  • If the trainer cancels for any reason, the session will be rescheduled or credited at no cost.

Late Arrivals

  • There is a 10-minute grace period for lateness.

  • Arrivals later than 10 minutes from the scheduled start time will result in a canceled session and full charge.

  • Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival time.

Package & Membership Policy

  • Sessions/packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Packages must be used within the timeframe stated at purchase.

  • Unused sessions will not roll over unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Health & Safety

  • Clients are responsible for notifying the trainer of any physical limitations, injuries, or medical conditions prior to training.

  • Proper athletic attire and footwear are required.

  • The trainer reserves the right to stop or modify a session if safety is a concern.

Communication

  • All scheduling changes must be made through the designated booking system or communication channel.

  • Trainer will respond to messages within business hours.

Personal Belongings

  • Please secure personal items. The business is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Respect & Conduct

  • Respectful behavior is expected at all times toward staff and other clients.

  • The trainer reserves the right to discontinue services for unsafe or inappropriate conduct, with no refund.

By continuing with services, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to abide by these policies.
